What the hell is the erag?
For a decade we published a lousy magazine called the Traction eRag “e” for electronic and “Rag” because that's what you call a trashy, waste of time magazine.
The magazine wasn't about bike reviews, it wasn't about race results it was about people. And specifically the weirdos that rode dirt bikes, as adults, as a lifestyle.
We filmed Graham Jarvis and Colton Hakker together with our pals Larry and Paul, two inspirational riders in their 70s. We've made videos for dirt bike clubs and we've made videos to help dirt bike clubs. Dirt bike clubs are the foundation of this sport and we care deeply that they continue to exist.
These days we put on rides. And we've also applied our background in university-level sports education to teach dirt bike skills. We break down skills into separate components, each skill building on to the next. We're really proud of the curriculum we've refined over a decade of teaching.
Our collection of interns and staff may be the most rag-tag circus of amazing humans on planet Earth
So come play with us in the BC mountains and we will show you the time of your life!
The dusty eRag Archive. Entropy INCARNATE.
Our ascent from the primordial mud is evident and we would like to thank everyone who gave precious time to make that happen – you know who you are, your names grace each issue of the eRag.
